Welcome on the website of LiRa-2!
The Final Report of the LiRa-2 project was presented at the LiRa-2 Conference on 15 September 2005 in Manchester.
Under the LiRa-2 button you find information on the project. You can download the Final Report and the reports of the sub-projects on Seamless Journeys and the Planning and Design Expert Sessions. You also find a link to obtain the Rapid Transit Options Assessment Tool.
In LiRa-2, with help from NWE nine European partners have been working on the implementation of new transportation concepts in cities and urban regions. After the successful studies of LiRa-1, this Interreg IIIb-project shows practical ways to improve the urban and regional environment through high quality rapid transit.
